Performance Marketing Manager

Your Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing marketing initiatives. You’ll lead impactful campaigns, evaluate performance metrics, and collaborate with diverse teams to bring fresh ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing efforts to generate leads and drive growth.
  • Inform clients and prospects about products/services through creative strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and motivate the marketing team for seamless execution.
  • Perform data mining and analysis to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Align marketing initiatives with overarching business objectives.
  • Strategize and run experiments to refine campaign metrics.
  • Work with design, product, and external teams to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Contribute to predictive models to optimize company growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing & Communications, or a related area of study.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing, preferably within an e‑commerce, SaaS, or technology‑driven platform.
  • Strong expertise in paid media, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Experience in a startup or scaleup is a plus.
