Job Description

Enfinity Global is looking for a Site Manager in our Construction department. The role reports to the Construction Manager of the designated region and is responsible for ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget. The Site Manager will monitor and direct contractor activities from start to finish, oversee various contractors and subcontractors during site preparation and foundation work, and maintain close contact with clients throughout the project’s life cycle.

Responsibilities & Duties

• EPC contract management and on‑site operations, including review of project submittals for quality assurance, technical accuracy, and schedule compliance.
• Site management during construction, ensuring the project is completed within time and budget.
• Supervision of the project’s direction, ensuring Enfinity Global’s specifications and requirements are met, and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.
• Coordination and supervision of construction workers.
• Ensuring construction and site safety, and preparation of site reports, designs, and safety/quality control reports.
• Ensuring project compliance with Company Social Responsibility, Quality, Environmental and Safety standards, practices, and internal codes.
• Support close‑out documentation to the Asset Management team at project completion.
• Support the Asset Management team during the warranty period.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (preferable).
• 7‑10+ years of experience managing site operations and power plant sites under construction.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction regulations and practices in Italy.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Problem‑solving skills with a high ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
