Financial Analyst - Manufacturing (Supply Chain Finance Area)

Coca-Cola HBC Italy is currently looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join our controlling team, based in Italy.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the Business Plan, Rolling Estimate and monthly forecasts.
  • Act as a trusted partner to the Supply Chain team highlighting financial impacts and providing solid set of data for decision making.
  • Accountable for reporting on manufacturing costs.
  • Manage the monthly closing, analysis and reporting.
  • Support the team in financial analysis related to efficiency/cost management initiatives.
  • Develop innovation financial business cases.
  • Prepare official Group Reporting and monitor relevant Key Business Indicators (KBIs).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business Economics or Management Engineering preferred).
  • 2 years’ experience either in Controlling or FP&A.
  • Excellent applied knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP knowledge is strongly preferred (ability to use business analysis tools such as Power BI is a plus).
  • Digital acumen.
  • Strong technical, problem solving & analytical skills.
  • Results‑oriented, able to complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Curiosity driven to go behind the numbers and identify process improvements.
  • Team‑working attitude.
  • Customer‑centric attitude to identify client needs and create value.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy once given direction.
  • Striver to self‑development.

Location

Sesto San Giovanni (MI), with the possibility to work remotely 12 days a month.
