Responsibilities
- Monitor alerts, logs, and telemetry on SIEM platforms and monitoring tools.
- Conduct initial event analysis and classify notifications according to severity and context.
- Coordinate escalation and communication with the external SOC and the internal IT/Security team.
- Follow playbooks and incident response procedures; contribute to their updates.
- Document cases, timelines, and remediation steps in a clear and reproducible manner.
- Participate in practical exercises (labs, internal CTFs, IR drills) and operational improvement projects.

- Problem‑solving attitude: analyze, formulate hypotheses, and verify.
- Technical curiosity and desire to learn concretely, not just theoretically.
- Teamwork and strong communication skills (clarity in escalations).
- Precision and responsibility in managing repetitive tasks and documentation.
- Structured approach following procedures and feedback.
Preferred Requirements
- Personal or project experience (labs, CTFs, self‑training) in IT/security.
- Basic knowledge of SIEM, networking, or elementary scripting (bash, Python).
- Entry‑level certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+ or similar).
