Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Director at our San Antonio, TX location. Ideal candidates are passionate about changing lives and building an essential workforce.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the full cycle recruitment process, including recruiting talent, posting jobs, reviewing resumes, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Ensure employee paperwork is complete, processed, and filed.
  • Support the administration and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in developing and implementing employee compliance training.
  • Coach and mentor department managers to improve leadership skills.
  • Administer the company health benefits program.
  • Maintain HRIS database and filing system.
  • Partner with the VP of Finance to process payroll.
  • Monitor and audit employee timecards and leave requests.
  • Assist in administering the 401(k) program.
  • Act as a liaison between HR and employees to ensure effective communication.
  • Address employee relations issues, including complaints.
  • Track employee Leaves of Absence.
  • Perform data entry using HRIS and CRM systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the SVP of Operations.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
  • HR Certification preferred.
  • 4+ years of HR experience with increasing responsibility.
  • 3+ years of HR management experience.
  • 2+ years of payroll experience.
  • Experience with Paycom HRIS preferred.
  • Knowledge of current employment and labor laws, especially CA laws.
  • Proficiency in leveraging HRIS to meet company goals.
