Job Title: Business Development Manager - Spanish Market

In order to reinforce the Fleetback team and sustain our growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager for the Spanish market.

As Business Development Manager, your goal is to expand Fleetback solutions across Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Find new business opportunities
  2. Follow up on referrals and new leads
  3. Act as the point of contact for Partners (Manufacturers, Importers, Dealer groups)
  4. Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
  5. Build lasting and strong relationships with partners
  6. Develop and maintain customer and prospects pipeline database

Additional Responsibilities:

Responsible for product training of Fleetback solutions, including:

  1. Implementation of in-house training
  2. Virtual classroom training

Qualifications:

We are looking for an enthusiastic personality with the following skills and background:

  • Native Spanish speaker and advanced English proficiency
  • Interest and passion for the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of automotive sales and/or aftersales processes
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and willingness to travel
