Role Description

We're seeking highly proactive and capable Full Stack Engineer to collaborate remotely or on site with our team. In this role, you'll develop new features and maintain existing functionalities of advanced web applications. The ideal candidate will not only possess strong technical skills but also demonstrate the ability to self-manage their time and workload effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Collaborate with project managers, and fellow developers to execute full lifecycle software development.
• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code following best software development practices.
• Integrate software components and third-party services seamlessly.
• Verify and deploy programs and systems across various environments.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to ensure optimal performance.
• Gather and evaluate user feedback to enhance user experience.
• Recommend and implement improvements for current applications.
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of programming experience.
• Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain scalable and robust web applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to challenges.
• Must be fluent in English or Spanish.
• Experience with Vite, Grafana, TypeScript, React Native, and AWS is a plus.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and performance optimization.
