Job Description: SAP HR/FI-AP Specialist (Hybrid, Madrid)

We are seeking a SAP HR/FI-AP specialist to define, build, deliver, and maintain finance business applications aligned with client strategies, particularly Cytric and its integrations with systems like Workady and S4H, supporting expense posting and employee payment processes.

The Finance & People Solutions team enhances business performance through process automation, ensuring security, cost reduction, and quality improvements. Providing timely and accurate support to top management is critical.

Responsibilities include:

• Automating travel and expenses end-to-end solutions.
• Proposing system solutions based on high-level business requirements and conducting feasibility studies.
• Advising process owners on functional solutions, ensuring process and tool standardization and integration.
• Validating detailed requirements and ensuring delivered solutions meet expectations.
• Designing functional specifications and analyzing impacts on existing processes and tools.
• Guiding solution construction, performing tests, creating user documentation, and supporting user adoption.
• Leading development and upgrade activities, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
• Providing application support, proposing enhancements, and coordinating testing and deployment.
• Managing resources and validating team activities.

Required Skills:

• Over 2 years of experience with S4H and Cytric (or similar travel expenses tools), including participation in implementations, upgrades, migrations, and rollouts.
• Experience with Cytric or comparable expenses tools (e.g., Concur, Coupa).
• Knowledge of corporate support functions and Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with SAP TME, SAP HR, and SAP FI-AP, especially in integration with SAP HR.
• Degree in Finance & Accounting.
• Experience working with external teams.
