Job Description

Kraft Heinz Global Manufacturing Traineeship is a functional internship program at our factories, designed for graduates seeking an exciting leadership career in production. The program provides opportunities to explore different areas in Operations and Supply Chain, develop expertise, and upon completion, secure a full-time position at one of our factories.

The program starts in September 2025 at our factory in Alfaro, La Rioja, lasting 12 months. You will join a global group of graduates, expanding your knowledge of how a multinational food company operates, including:

• An intensive introduction focused on Operations and Supply Chain, complemented by a commercial bootcamp covering Marketing, Sales, and Categories.
• Training in Lean Six Sigma Methodology, Kraft Heinz Production Excellence Program, and fundamental business principles.
• Leading a factory team project, gaining deep process understanding, and strengthening leadership skills.
• Executing an efficiency/productivity improvement project based on the factory, applying your knowledge for real impact.

Post-graduation, you will start your career in Operations Management or Technical Experience at one of our factories.

What we are looking for

• Graduates from 2023 or 2024, preferably with degrees in engineering (Process, Electromechanical, Food Science, Supply Chain), but open to all disciplines.
• Work permit for the country of application.
• Willingness to relocate and work across different functional areas and countries.
• Strong extracurricular achievements demonstrating proactive attitude.
• Passion for daily challenges, eagerness to learn, develop, and grow.
• Positive attitude, resilience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Obsessed with consumers, committed to excellence, diversity, integrity, and responsibility.

Selection Process

• Pymetrics games: an online assessment sent via email to evaluate suitability.
• Pymetrics interview: a quick self-recorded interview.
• Trainee interview: meet with a former trainee and ask questions.
• Business interview: a virtual interview with a senior employee via Microsoft Teams.
• Assessment Day: online event with leadership and an escape room activity.
• Final panel interview with company executives.

The process takes approximately 3 months, with a start date of September 1, 2025.
