Join us at Dimoldura Ibérica SLU as a HR and Occupational Risk Prevention Technician!

We are seeking a HR and PRL Technician with a comprehensive view of the area, interest in digital innovation, and a clear focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Management: Execution of selection processes, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation.
  2. Labor Management: Administrative management of the full payroll cycle in coordination with external advisory: enrollments, terminations, contracts, incidents, and monitoring of agreements.
  3. Coordination and monitoring of the attendance control and time registration system (clock-ins, shifts, absenteeism).
  4. Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL): Collaboration with the External Prevention Service in applying the Prevention Plan.
  5. Interaction with ETTs and external staffing providers.
  6. Support in disciplinary processes, union management, and internal audits.
  7. Digital Transformation and Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in modernizing internal processes through technological solutions. Experience or interest in AI tools for HR management (automation, predictive analytics, AI models for selection) is a plus.
  8. Internal Communication and Workplace Climate: Promote corporate culture through internal communication initiatives. Support climate surveys and action plans.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Valuable training in Occupational Risk Prevention (minimum intermediate level or basic knowledge).
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in similar functions, preferably in industrial or production environments.
  • Interest in digitization of HR and knowledge of automation tools, AI, or HR Analytics is a plus.
  • Proficiency with HR management tools and time control systems (experience with NAV, Bizneo, etc. is valued).
  • High level of English (minimum B2-C1), essential for corporate communication.
