Telesales Agent - Malaga (Onsite)

Our company, based in Fuengirola, is currently looking for full-time and part-time B2C & B2B agents to join our FCA and SRA regulated company specializing in personal & business claims. The position involves qualifying and appointment setting – No Cold Calling – all leads are inbound enquiries and social media enquiries. (NOT Timeshare, Pensions or Insurance).

We provide full product training for this office-based position, and successful candidates will receive a full "Indefinido" Contract.

Requirements

1. Must have excellent spoken and written English.
2. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a UK-focused Call Centre.
3. Office-based only - located in Fuengirola.
4. Valid work visa to work in Spain.
5. Ability to work flexible hours.
6. Willing to work one Saturday a month if required.
7. Typical shifts alternate between 10am – 6pm and 12pm – 8pm.
