Python/React Fullstack Developer - (S661)

The Role

We’re searching for a solid full stack developer to join our team and help in designing, building, deploying, and managing the technical aspects of our projects. You will work on complex and advanced applications using AI solutions and serve as a pillar for the professional growth of our team of junior developers. This mid-level position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects across various technological domains.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contribute to the ideation and definition of innovative software solutions.
2. Lead the design of software applications, including FrontEnd and BackEnd architectures.
3. Collaborate on projects related to ML, AI, LLM, robotics, and quantum computing.
4. Participate in consultancy projects focusing on innovation processes, helping build PoCs or MVPs.
5. Lead teams of developers, both internal and subcontracted, and foster teamwork in a remote environment.
6. Ensure the quality of software and artifacts, defining and overseeing QA strategies.
7. Participate in documentation and knowledge transfer activities.
8. Lead deployment and related activities alongside client teams.

Qualifications and Technical Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in software development (both FrontEnd and BackEnd).
• At least 1 year of experience in applications architecture and design.
• Mandatory knowledge of FrontEnd frameworks: React, Node.js, Next.js.
• Mandatory knowledge of Backend technologies: Python (Flask/FastAPI), JS (Node.js/Bun.js, Express, Nest.js).
• Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL databases, automated deployment, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Additional knowledge: Azure DevOps, Git, GitFlow, vibe-coding.

• Ability to lead small teams and conduct technical meetings.
• Adaptability to changing situations and uncertainty, especially in innovation environments.

Essential Requirements

• Residence in Spain (remote work within Spanish territory).
• Native or near-native Spanish proficiency.
• English level: B2 (fluent oral and written communication).
