Support Technician (Ref: Support Technician 2025-04/05 Jll) [BVS213]

The Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia (ICIQ) is seeking 2 Support Technicians. This position is funded by the Ministerio de Ciencia, Innovación y Universidades through the project “Electra-4-Fuel - Fabricación de electrodos altamente eficientes para la producción de CO en electrolizadores en condiciones industriales.”

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, materials science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques such as spectroscopy, electrochemical measurements, and catalyst preparation.
• Good command of English for effective communication and collaboration.

Valued qualities:

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

We offer:

• A full-time employment contract linked to the Auto4Fuel project, with an estimated end date of 30/09/2025.
• Remuneration according to the Institute's salary scales.
• Annual salary paid in twelve monthly installments.
• Incorporation in August 2025.
