System Integration Specialist (100% Remote Within Spain)

What are we looking for?

We seek a System Integration Specialist to collaborate with the Credit Risk Team. As Integration Lead, you will manage daily responsibilities such as coordinating, planning, problem-solving, and implementing requirements to achieve integration and business results. You will join an IT Credit Risk Team located in Lisbon, Malaga, Madrid, or Cantabria, working closely with clients. A high level of English proficiency is required. This is a 100% remote position for candidates located in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage integration processes for various IT systems and applications.
• Collaborate with software developers, system administrators, and other IT professionals to ensure seamless integration.
• Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify opportunities for integration and improvement.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of integration processes and solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and system security during the integration process.
• Assist in developing integration strategies and frameworks.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies relevant to system integration.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Over 4 years of experience in system integration.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of APIs, REST services, PaaS/microservices, databases/SQL, and technical integration.
• Solid understanding of system architecture, databases, APIs, and integration techniques.
• Ability to gather and analyze requirements and understand business processes.
• English proficiency at least C1 level.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in the Financial Services Industry.
• Knowledge of AWS.
