Job Title

Team Lead – Radiology Informatics Clinical Consulting, South Europe

Job Description

Lead the Radiology Informatics (RI) S&SD Implementation Clinical Consulting team (approx. 10 people) across South Europe (France, Greece, Italy, Israel, Portugal, Spain). You’ll report to the EI RI S&SD Implementation Leader South Europe and be part of a high-performing team focused on driving implementation excellence and customer adoption.

Your role:

  • Lead and develop a clinical consulting team delivering services for RI solutions (e.g., vuePACS, vueRIS).
  • Coach and educate both your team and sales colleagues in RI solutions and methodologies.
  • Validate solution design during presales to ensure alignment with customer clinical needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior hospital leaders, supporting the full implementation lifecycle.
  • Drive successful clinical and physician adoption of Philips RI solutions.
  • Support sales efforts by providing clinical insights during acquisition phases.
  • Work on complex projects requiring deep clinical and organizational understanding.
  • Provide hands-on consultancy for high-impact projects, including workflow analysis and clinical integration.
  • Guide customer teams in testing and adoption of new features and workarounds.
  • Mentor both your team and external stakeholders on advanced RI solution use.

You’re a right fit if:

  • 5+ years of experience in Radiology Informatics with a clinical background.
  • Proven experience leading and developing clinical or consulting teams, ideally in a matrix or regional setup.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant clinical field (or equivalent).
  • Strong consulting skills with a track record of influencing senior healthcare stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Philips RI products and complex implementation scenarios.
  • Skilled communicator, able to adapt messaging for both clinical and executive audiences.
  • Fluent in English and at least two of the following: French, Italian, Spanish.
  • Willingness to travel >60%.
