About this project: IT programming / web development. Open in Grupo Magma, an ecosystem of young companies with over 12 years of experience in leisure, technology, and business management. We are looking to incorporate a key person into our team.

We want to stop relying on external freelancers for our IT structure, so we seek a technical profile with leadership, fluent in Spanish (without a translator), with real experience in PHP (Laravel), mobile development, and WordPress/Elementor.

The selected professional should:

1. Take on internal technical tasks to lighten the CEO's workload.
2. Contribute solutions and improvements to our web and mobile interface.
3. Develop new modules (even outside Perfex/CodeIgniter, such as in Laravel), always integrated with our ERP (Perfex).
4. Long-term goal: create a more solid, modern, and scalable environment.

Technical requirements:

• Native or bilingual Spanish (mandatory).
• Solid experience with PHP, Laravel, MySQL.
• Knowledge of mobile environments (Node.js, REST APIs, Flutter, React Native, etc.).
• Experience with WordPress + Elementor.
• Valuable: experience transforming Figma designs to HTML/CSS or PSD.
