Responsibilities

  • Accelerate Crossmint’s growth by working closely with founders and leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities with enterprise clients and startups.
  • Manage end-to-end enterprise sales processes, including contract negotiations and closing deals.
  • Serve as a thought partner to clients, brainstorming innovative blockchain use cases impacting millions of consumers.
  • Develop and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  • Stay informed about market trends, regulations, and technological advancements to position Crossmint as a thought leader.
  • Deeply understand the product and collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback.

About You

  • Proven sales track record, preferably in a related industry, with a natural ability to sell and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
  • 3-10 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or management consulting, with deep knowledge of the web3 ecosystem.
  • Strong sales instincts and the ability to inspire and convince prospective clients.
  • Creative vision and foresight into industry trends.
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, thriving under pressure.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset capable of succeeding in a fast-paced environment and generating new business ideas.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with technical products or developer infrastructure.
  • Experience as a consumer of crypto products.
  • Entrepreneurial experience, such as starting a company.
