SCADA & Communications Specialist (m/f/d)

Job Description

YOUR TASKS:

• Provide first level troubleshooting and technical support for SCADA and network issues from the field.
• Utilize the company's ticketing system to monitor tasks and assist field staff.
• Offer first level support for client IT requests and troubleshooting.
• Attend sites and provide on-site assistance when required, especially important for the Spanish colleague.
• Collaborate with global departments to find solutions as needed.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Professional education in an engineering-related field.
• Experience with communication protocols such as IEC104, ModBus, OPC UA/DA.
• Experience working with SQL databases.
• Hardware configuration skills (switches, firewalls, routers, servers).
• At least 3 years of experience with SCADA systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance, preferably in the wind sector.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity within IT and IT infrastructure.
• Programming experience is a plus.
