Job Description:

MISSION: Ensure that the new WTG developments meet operational requirements, and manage the project ramp-up.

TASKS:

• Manage Operations PEP.
• Compile operational requirements into clear deliverables.
• Ensure fulfillment of requirements during the PEP process.
• Attend Core Teams and support SE-Teams.
• Support COE.
• Ensure prototypes are prepared, defined, ordered, and delivered on time.
• Lead the Prototype working side by side with the region.
• Implement lessons learned from prototypes.
• Manage ramp-up and continuous improvements.
• Lead the Ramp-up team.
• Provide technical electrical expertise during development, PT, and ramp-up phases.
• Develop and implement improvements for installation and commissioning, providing feedback to engineering.
• Innovate to improve installation and commissioning technologies.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Training in CAD-PLM (Teamcenter, AutoCAD), Microsoft Office, MS Project, SAP.
• Ability to work in an international team, self-responsible, structured, process- and solution-oriented.
• Quick learner with problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency in English.
• 3-5 years of experience as Site Manager or similar.
