Responsibilities:

1. Meeting sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
2. Consulting with customers in a professional and upbeat manner.
3. Educating customers on tanning safety and ensuring all legal and company requirements are met.
4. Maintaining a clean and organized salon environment.
5. Handling cash and managing opening/closing procedures.
6. Completing daily administrative paperwork and tracking goals.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Must be at least 18 years old.
3. Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (up to 7 hours per day).
4. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
5. Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.
