Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven, innovative, and motivated Head of Business Development to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Identify and contact potential clients, assessing their needs.
2. Conduct market analysis on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
3. Prepare and present commercial offers.
4. Negotiate proposals through to LOI or contract signing, leading advanced negotiations.
5. Coordinate with technical teams to develop proposals, including scope and timelines.
6. Manage and supervise the business development team, monitoring performance and results.
7. Collaborate with Marketing on advertising strategies for market and client outreach.
8. Attend client visits, trade fairs, and conferences; support event preparations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's in Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry. Master's or PhD is a plus.
• Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Experience: Over 6 years in a similar role within CDMO companies in the Biopharmaceutical sector.
