Preventive Maintenance Responsibilities

1. Development and management of the existing preventive maintenance plan, including implementation of improvements and new predictive-maintenance programs.
2. Management of the plant's GMAO system, including preparing review sheets, updating, and digitizing existing documentation.
3. Planning and scheduling tasks and resources, coordinating and managing maintenance teams (internal and contractors), and supervising technicians in task execution (work permits, procedures, etc.).
4. Data analysis and report generation, including developing KPIs to measure maintenance effectiveness.
5. Managing technical documentation and creating work procedures, integrating documentation into the GMAO system.

Warehouse and Spare Parts Management

1. Requesting quotes and placing orders for the department.
2. Designing, organizing, and structuring warehouse spaces.
3. Digitizing spare parts in GMAO, controlling inventories, and managing spare parts.

Other Responsibilities

1. Providing backup support for shift maintenance supervisors.
2. Assisting in analysis and resolution of equipment failures, proposing improvements and investments to extend equipment lifespan or enhance performance.
3. Collaborating with production, quality, and safety departments to ensure maintenance aligns with overall plant operations.
4. Implementing safety and quality procedures.
