AIRBUS offers more than 60 vacancies for our full-time graduate program in Spain - #DISCOVER II 2025/2026, starting October 1st, 2025.

We are looking for recent graduates from various disciplines interested in developing their professional careers in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands innovative ways of thinking, relating, and looking at challenges.

What does this internship consist of?

In collaboration with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) aimed at providing top-tier training in new knowledge areas essential for future professionals. You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized into three training blocks, to discover in-demand skills today. This will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, allowing you to learn and complement your academic background.

The internship begins in early October 2025 and lasts for 11 months (August is excluded for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), with an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

• Technical specification creation and review
• Technical documentation analysis, codification, and control
• Technical drawing management
• Database applications and digitalization management
• Support on FMRE Cádiz safety projects
• Support activities within Cádiz Consolidation scope

Required skills & attributes:

• Degree in Engineering
• English: Negotiation level
• Spanish: B1 minimum level
• Valued skills:
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team spirit and excellent collaboration skills
• Ability to work in complex and international environments
