Job Description: An opportunity for a Supply Management Production role has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). Procurement is seeking new colleagues!

Responsibilities

  1. Lead interface with internal customers and collaborate with stakeholders during the ordering phase.
  2. Interact with suppliers (remotely and/or on-site) and transversal departments to implement corrective actions and resolve disputes.
  3. Oversee inventory levels and develop action plans with suppliers.
  4. Analyze delays, prioritize urgencies for emergency assembly lines and customer support.
  5. Manage operational short and long-term action plans (delay retrofit, missing parts, logistics improvements).
  6. Ensure availability of export control licenses related to hardware deliveries.
  7. Raise risks, follow up on actions, report, and escalate deviations to industrial targets, including in-service issues.
  8. Identify critical work packages/deliverables and initiate mitigation in coordination with transversal teams.
  9. Manage Non Conformity containment (L1) concerning customer protection and secondary flows.
  10. Perform quality inspections up to product delivery, including software.
  11. Investigate operational issues, propose containment actions, and collaborate with suppliers and the shop floor.
  12. Certify product conformity according to design standards.
  13. Participate in improvement projects and share best practices.
  14. Ensure ethical and compliant work practices in line with Airbus Code of Conduct.

Skills and Experience

  • 3-4 years in Procurement/Supply Chain, with experience in AOG POs management.
  • Experience in Logistics, familiar with Airbus logistics flows.
  • Experience supporting MRTT Programme and knowledge of Green Aircraft.
  • Proficiency with Procurement IT tools.
  • Teamwork, proactive attitude, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized and structured approach.
  • Advanced English and Spanish skills.
