Job Description

As a cook, your passion for creating visually appealing and tasty dishes will make each guest's experience memorable. You will report to the Head of Kitchen.

Daily Responsibilities

• Prepare all dishes following presentation and preparation standards.
• Ensure the kitchen and storage areas are clean and organized.
• Manage stock levels and report when new supplies are needed.
• Comply with APPCC regulations.
• Collaborate with the restaurant department for smooth service.
• Report storage and refrigeration issues to maintenance.

Candidate Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a hotel or gastronomic restaurant as a cook.
• Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, empathetic, team player, passionate about service.
