What you move

• With your knowledge and experience, you constantly develop and optimize our production
• You are the driver for CIP improvements, yield optimization, and throughput increases
• You have the technical responsibility for the MEMS processing of a part of the product portfolio
• You are a central interface within MEMS Operations and in all related areas

What you bring along

• Degree in microsystems technology, physics, electrical engineering, or materials science
• Sound understanding of production topics, manufacturing, and business processes (MES, ERP, database)
• Team player with great self-motivation, excellent communication, and management skills
• Professional experience in a production-related environment, especially in the semiconductor industry
