Shape the Future of Health Insurance

The health insurance industry is facing major changes. Demographic shifts are increasing cost pressures, customer expectations are rising, and new ecosystems, business models, and startups are reshaping the market.

As a Senior Manager or Director, you will help clients navigate this evolving landscape. You will support them in building strategies, driving innovation, and improving operational performance.

Your Responsibilities

* Advise health insurance clients on strategic topics such as growth strategies, product innovation, operational excellence, ecosystem participation, and service transformation
* Develop thought leadership that highlights future trends in health insurance and serves as a foundation for client engagement
* Use your established network in the health insurance sector to identify opportunities and build strong, lasting relationships
* Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients position themselves for long-term success in a competitive market
* Play an active role in shaping the future of the health insurance industry through your insights, experience, and expertise

Your Profile

* 5 to 10 years of experience in the health insurance or consulting sector holding a similar position, with a focus on healthcare related topics
* Strong network across health insurers and ideally other healthcare stakeholders such as providers
* Proven interest in shaping the future of health insurance, possibly through previous publications or industry contributions
* Hands-on, proactive mindset with a strong ability to deliver results and drive initiatives forward
* Experience leading large-scale projects or multiple initiatives in parallel, with a team-oriented approach
* University degree with solid academic credentials
* Fluency in German and English, French is a plus
