Senior Co-Tech Lead & React Frontend Developer

We are seeking a Senior Co-Tech Lead React Frontend Developer (part-time or full-time) to join our Swiss startup, either remotely or in St. Gallen. This role involves contributing to our IT transformation by developing a Microservices application on AWS, focusing on feature development, frontend work in React, and ensuring smooth app transition.

Responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with remote and onsite teams to design software solutions.
2. Working with UI/UX designers based in Zurich.
3. Developing frontend logic and UI.
4. Writing React, Redux, and TypeScript code.
5. Creating end-to-end tests using Cucumber or Behave.
6. Building responsive web applications.
7. Documenting technical processes.
8. Collaborating with data scientists and analysts to enhance user experience.

About you:

1. At least 7 years of React-focused experience.
2. Proficient with React, Redux, TypeScript, and AWS backend approaches.
3. Understanding of UI/UX principles.
4. Experience with platform testing, especially E2E testing with Cucumber or Behave.

Nice to have:

1. Experience with Flutter.
2. Experience with Figma.

This position is fully remote or based in St. Gallen, Switzerland, and is currently compensated only in company stocks for the next 12 months.
