To strengthen our team, we are seeking a customer- and team-oriented individual for the Group Functions at the Flamatt site as a Senior Director Information Security 100%.

In Group Functions, we support our market-oriented divisions with central services. We collaborate closely with our customers to develop solutions for tomorrow, maintaining high quality standards.

What You Will Do

• Create and implement an integrated and effective information security strategy, ensuring IP protection, business continuity, and compliance.
• Lead and manage a team of internal staff and external service providers to achieve enterprise-level information security, collaborating with customers, stakeholders, production, IT, data protection, and legal teams.
• Develop, implement, and defend a cybersecurity framework based on legal, customer, and industry requirements, aiming for ISO27000 certification.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and end users to assess and strengthen current applications, infrastructure, and operational technology (OT). Ensure ongoing maturity assessments, gap analysis, remediation, and development of new concepts.
• Promote cybersecurity awareness across the company to increase organizational resilience.

What You Bring

• University degree in information technology, focusing on cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
• Profound experience across various sectors in IT and security roles, preferably in an international manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of information security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption, and a good overview of cloud and mobile security technologies.
• Strong leadership skills, persuasiveness, and a keen risk instinct, especially for change management processes.
• A hands-on mentality with perseverance.
