Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Key Account Manager:in Industry to join our team in Switzerland. This role involves managing Swiss Industry Key Accounts, acquiring new clients, and collaborating with international teams to develop and execute strategic plans. The position requires close coordination with R&D, planning, and production departments to manage customer projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop existing key accounts and acquire new customers through visits, meetings, and industry events.
- Create and implement strategic account plans for assigned clients.
- Coordinate goals with international business development teams for global/regional clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments to manage and secure customer projects.
- Set prices and conditions in consultation with finance and sales leadership.
- Analyze market trends and performance data to inform strategy.
- Provide accurate monthly forecasts using company tools.
- Participate in regional, national, and international industry meetings, providing updates and insights.
Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- University or technical college degree in Business Administration or Food Science.
- Knowledge of food technology and industry is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Project management experience.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital tools (Teams, SAP, CRM, Power BI).
- Valid driver’s license (Category B).
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time, mainly within German-speaking Switzerland, with some international travel annually.
