The Executive School of Management, Technology and Law (ES HSG) is the contact point for executive education at the HSG. It offers its own broad portfolio of study programmes with various MBAs and Executive MBAs as well as other open and company-specific continuing education courses. The Law & Management division is an important business area of the ES HSG and focuses primarily on formats at the interface between law and business administration.



Your tasks

  • Co-lead and further develop the Open Programmes Business Unit at ES-HSG
  • Jointly lead a group of experienced topic and program owners across a diverse portfolio of executive education offerings
  • Inspire, manage, and transform a team of 15+ professionals
  • Drive the implementation and refinement of a strategic roadmap for growth and transformation
  • Focus on marketing excellence, strategic portfolio development, and customer-centric innovation
  • Enhance the visibility and competitive positioning of the program portfolio in the European executive education market
  • Take co-responsibility for sound financial management, including budget planning, performance monitoring, and cost control
  • Build partnerships with other Executive Education Providers at the University and beyond

Your profile

  • University degree (Mater's level or equivalent); additional education in leadership or executive education is an asset
  • Leadership experience
  • Strategic and conceptual skills
  • Extensive expertise in marketing and portfolio management
  • Experience in developing, innovating, and positioning new products or academic programs
  • Experience in transforming businesses
  • High-quality awareness, stong solution orientation, and intercultural competence
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (C2 level required for both)
