About the role

As VP Finance, ISC Manufacturing, you will oversee financial leadership for all ISC manufacturing operations, including budgeting, cost control, productivity, pricing analysis, investment planning, and reporting. You will advise on internal controls, audit compliance, and liaise with business unit personnel and supply chain partners, interacting with senior leaders and external customers.

Main responsibilities include:

• Leading financial management activities such as budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans; analyzing and interpreting financial results
• Collaborating with Plant Management to implement continuous improvement initiatives supporting supply, profitability, cash flow, and asset utilization
• Providing accurate financial information for decision-making at all levels
• Monitoring key performance metrics and operational efficiency indicators
• Driving cross-functional collaboration to improve operations, standardize processes, and reduce costs
• Ensuring internal controls and compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
• Preparing financial reports on supply chain productivity and results
• Leading strategic planning and budgeting processes to align long-term and short-term goals

About you

You are a proven leader with at least 10 years of relevant experience, strong accounting knowledge, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and build organizational partnerships.

You will also have:

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience working in a highly matrixed environment
• Manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of SAP
