What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a central role in helping clients streamline their HR processes and payroll operations with SAP SuccessFactors. From concept to go-live — you're the expert they trust.

Your key responsibilities:

• Design and deliver consulting projects inSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)&EC Payroll
• Analyze and optimize HR processes in Employee Central, and implement them technically
• Combine your SAP HCM and Swiss payroll expertise with SF know-how to take on project and application leadership
• Lead customer training sessions and knowledge transfers with clarity and confidence
• Develop long-term client relationships and actively expand your professional network

What You Bring to the Table

You're a hands-on consultant with strong communication skills, technical excellence, and a genuine drive to create value.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• At least2 years of experienceas a consultant inSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Official SuccessFactors EC certification
• Ideally, experience managing or coordinating (sub-)projects
• Strong communication skills inGerman(spoken and written)
• Solid business acumen and a naturally customer-focused mindset
• Team spirit, initiative, and a love for learning new tech
