Responsibilities

• Set up and support DIE sorter and Blade Dicing machines (mainly DISCO)
• Create and continuously optimize AOI recipes for automated visual inspection
• Train and coordinate machine operators and support them with process-related questions
• Analyze production errors and implement sustainable corrective measures
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications and ensure their implementation
• Actively contribute to quality assurance and process validation
• Work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams

Qualifications

• University degree in electronics, mechatronics, or production engineering
• Solid knowledge of dicing technologies, AOI systems, and industrial quality assurance
• Practical experience in a regulated production environment (e.g., semiconductor, medical technology)
• Strong communication skills; training experience is advantageous
• Good English skills, ideally complemented by German skills
