Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments including ICD-10 / ICD-11 diagnoses.
• Independently carry out individual and group therapies in outpatient and day clinic settings.
• Manage case documentation, therapy planning, and reporting.
• Collaborate with relatives, external specialists, and case managers.
• Participate in psychoeducation, relaxation techniques, and group activities.
• Engage in internal and external supervision, intervision, and training.

Qualifications

• Recognized postgraduate qualification in psychotherapy (Swiss recognition required).
• Several years of clinical experience in individual and group therapy.
• Enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team.
• High level of responsibility, reliability, and communication skills.
• Excellent German skills (at least B2), additional languages are a plus.
