About the Role

As a Research Engineer, you will join a team of 40+ researchers and engineers working on cutting-edge generative AI challenges, focusing on creating realistic synthetic humans via text-to-video. Your work will directly impact solutions used worldwide by over 55,000 businesses. If you are an expert in post-training diffusion models for generative AI, this is your opportunity to make a global impact.

Responsibilities

• Implement post-training optimization techniques like quantization and distillation to enhance diffusion model efficiency for avatar generation.
• Analyze and improve model performance to ensure high-quality avatar rendering.
• Stay current with research advancements in diffusion models and post-training optimization methods.

Who You Are

• Background in Computer Vision / Computer Science with 3+ years of industry experience.
• Knowledge of recent post-training techniques such as distillation and quantization.
• Experience with generative models for images/videos (Diffusion/GAN), preferably in the avatar domain.
• Interest in research and pushing technological boundaries.
• Proficiency with modern machine learning frameworks, Python, and clean code practices.
• Experience with SDLC tools like Git, and preferably CI/CD.
