Responsibilities

• Planning IT projects for corporate clients
• Cloud transformations with Microsoft Azure and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
• Designing technical solutions for Microsoft 365 projects
• Developing network infrastructure (Fortinet, UniFi)
• Consulting, installation, and documentation of ICT infrastructures
• IT security assessments (on-site and remote)
• Supporting pre-sales and technology positioning
• Troubleshooting in incident and problem management

Qualifications

• Education as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable technical training
• Good knowledge of server and client environments (Windows/Linux, virtualization)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Azure, MS365, MS Teams, and PowerShell
• Strong network skills, especially with Fortinet and UniFi
• Experience in 2nd & 3rd level support with systematic problem-solving
• Proficient in German and good English skills (written and spoken)
