The Electrical Power Converter Group manages the electrical power systems for CERN's accelerator complex, with the Fast-Pulsed Converter Section focusing on high-voltage power converters ranging from tens of kilowatts to multi-megawatts.
Functions
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be integral to a multidisciplinary R&D team, shaping future accelerator technology. Your responsibilities include defining and developing power systems for RF equipment, with power ratings from a few kilowatts to 130 megawatts.

Master's degree or PhD in electrical engineering, power electronics, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
