For our sales department of DHL Express (Schweiz) AG in Regensdorf we are looking for a/n

Telesales Executive m/w/d 100%

Your Tasks:

• You manage a Customer portfolio of around 500 SME companies (+/- 2 million sales responsibility) through all communication tools such as telephone, virtual meetings, and video messages. You are responsible for developing the activity of your portfolio and implementing and retaining new customers.
• Based on a proactive consultant approach, you identify customer needs and promote our services and further development of customers in your own portfolio.
• You acquire and retain new customers based on leads provided by our Lead Qualification department.
• You ensure that the current conditions are in line with our tariff/volume policy.
• You set up a close collaboration with our Field Sales Channel to identify bigger potential within your portfolio.

Skills:

• A first experience in sales (training period or full job).
• Fluent knowledge of German and English (French is a plus).
• Pronounced communication and negotiation skills based on a consultant approach.
• Excellent customer and service orientation and a strong quality awareness.
• You are autonomous with organizational and self-discipline skills.
• Team player in an international team and environment.
• Interest and understanding in the logistics and transport business.
• Comfortable with virtual communication tools (Skype, Teams, Zoom, Loom).
