Position: Industrialization Manager Zurzach
You will:
- Report to the General Manager of Zurzach site.
- Lead, manage, and coordinate operational aspects for the Entry Into Service and beyond of MRO activities on PW4000 engines.
- Define, in alignment with the OEM and main line, the required toolings & equipment; initiate and monitor related CAPEX activities with Procurement; define and implement logistics setup; supervise staff training in collaboration with HR and Operational Quality.
- Support the definition and implementation of processes to ensure OEM and airworthiness authority approvals for MRO work on PW4000 engines.
- Post-industrialization, ensure optimal engine operations and productivity on the above topics and any additional tasks assigned during the phase.
Your tasks
- Develop the technology transfer plan aligned with budget and strategy for Zurzach.
- Contribute to the introduction of MRO capabilities on PW4000 engine models.
- Interface with main line operations, ensure compliance with OEM requirements, particularly for PW4000 DAT services tooling & equipment, including local manufacturing.
- Define and implement logistics setup in collaboration with Logistics.
- Coordinate with Procurement to ensure on-time delivery and proper record-keeping of tooling & equipment in ERP system.
- Align training plans, tooling, and equipment requirements with the Legacy Engines organization to ensure efficiency and best practices.
- Ensure quality of training in accordance with SR Technics, Airworthiness Authorities, and OEM regulations.
- Apply LEAN and Continuous Improvement methodologies to meet targets.
- Drive efficiency improvement projects.
Your Profile
- Technical and/or commercial degree (Bachelor/Master).
- Advanced management and/or leadership education preferred.
- Over 5 years of experience in MRO/Production environment.
- At least 5 years of Project Management experience.
- Proficient in ERP/SAP systems.
- Proven track record in Continuous Improvement (Lean Six Sigma / CI).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German (level C2) is a plus.
