Flashbots - Senior DevOps Engineer

Flashbots started in 2020 as a research and development organization formed to mitigate the negative externalities and existential risks posed by Maximal Extractable Value (MEV). Since then, we have had an immense impact on the world of crypto through mev-geth, Flashbots Protect, MEV-Boost, MEV-Share, our open research and soon-to-be SUAVE.

Flashbots is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to augment our small team. You will collaborate closely with our teams of scientists and engineers to support products like SUAVE, Flashblocks, and Rollup-Boost.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Genuine desire to understand the blockchain and MEV problem space.
• Production experience with monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
• Deep understanding of engineering principles and best practices.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, async, and remote environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Disposed to action, finding out, and showing; curiosity to get to the root of the problems.
• Kind, independently motivated, accountable, and reliable.
