In this position, you will be part of the Client Solutions Private Wealth Team. As this client segment grows, the team in Zug (CH) is expanding and seeking a senior support professional for client acquisition and maintenance.

As a wholesale support professional, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting client relationship managers with strategic distribution projects across various fund types and daily tasks
  • Creating tailored, persuasive, and high-quality marketing materials and responses to client requests, queries, and performance updates
  • Having a strong operational background with knowledge of fund settlement, order routing, and CDD processes
  • Becoming a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, requiring collaboration with Partners Group internal teams
  • Developing strategies to increase engagement with clients and prospects, and tracking performance indicators
  • Supporting the private wealth team co-heads with strategic initiatives and governance topics
  • Becoming an expert in private markets, Partners Group's platform, products, and investment strategies across asset classes
  • Building knowledge to streamline workflows

What we expect

The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of financial services, ideally with experience in communication or marketing.

Key attributes include:

  • University degree
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in consulting, sales, process management, or investment banking is preferred
  • Strong project management skills and multitasking ability
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with a desire to learn and succeed
  • Client-focused problem-solving ability within challenging deadlines
  • Ownership and responsibility
  • Design skills and visual flair
  • Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of private markets, settlement processes, and data analytics is advantageous
