Hotel Chesa Pool has 21 individual rooms and was built 439 years ago. The hotel offers our guests and our team a unique, historic accommodation in the midst of the breathtaking natural landscape of the (car-free) Val Fex. For more information about the hotel visit: www.chesapool.ch

Your Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook high-quality vegetarian dishes with precision and creativity.
2. Follow established recipes and presentation standards to maintain consistency.
3. Keep your workstation clean, organized, and efficient.
4. Manage inventory, stock rotation, and waste reduction.
5. Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and food regulations.
6. Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative kitchen environment.

What We Expect from You:

1. Proven experience in a professional kitchen (experience with vegetarian cuisine is a plus).
2. Formal culinary training or equivalent experience.
3. A genuine passion for cooking and innovation.
4. Ability to work efficiently within a team in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
7. A professional appearance and commitment to high standards.
