As part of our Salesforce team, you will advise and support leading (inter)national companies in implementing and optimizing business processes enabled by cutting-edge technologies.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team and help our clients improve their marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will also work with clients to gather requirements, develop project plans, and manage the implementation process.

• Design and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
• Gather requirements from clients and develop project plans;
• Manage the implementation process from start to finish;
• Support and lead workshops for process design and improvement;
• Work with clients to improve their marketing campaigns;
• Contribute to project deliverables, as well as the deliverables of your team;
• Recommend actions for continuous improvement.

Who we are looking for

You are passionate about how business can use technology and digital tools to transform customer experience and have initial experience in implementing Marketing Automation solutions.

• You are sharp, analytical, and focused on substance — a real high-flyer. Your main objective is always to achieve the best results for your clients. You set high standards for yourself and your colleagues and have the skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders both in Switzerland and abroad.
• Strong analytical skills and a Master’s degree (e.g., Business Administration, Business Economics, Marketing, Business & ICT, Information Science, Computer Science, or related fields) are a plus.
• Demonstrable experience in IT and understanding of how commercial technologies can be customized to meet customer requirements.
• 2-5 years of experience with or implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, with at least one SFMC certification (knowledge of Data Cloud is a plus).
• An understanding of how CDP and AI trends can impact customer engagement and marketing activation.
• Experience with agile project methodologies and design thinking.
• You are professionally driven, ambitious, persistent in solving challenges, and committed to practical implementation.
• Fluency in French or German and English is mandatory.
