Ophtapharm AG is a FDA/EU-GMP certified manufacturer in the pharmaceutical sector (Ophthalmics). Our production site in Hettlingen near Winterthur produces high-quality products such as eye drops, ointments, and gels for international markets, which are produced, filled, and packaged aseptically.

To strengthen our Supply Chain team, we are looking for a Manager Production Planning (w/m) 100 % to start as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• Support planning of bulk and semi-finished goods, finished product packaging, and planning of raw materials, primary and secondary packaging materials
• Participate in supply and production meetings
• Coordinate delivery times and dates with purchasing
• Optimize inventory levels
• Customer Service – daily contact with customers regarding forecasts, production, and delivery dates, including participation in update meetings
• Export / Shipping – assist logistics specialists in preparing shipping and export documents and coordinate with warehouse, customers, and shippers
• Ad-hoc requests – general administrative tasks such as creating documents, SOPs, etc.
• Reporting – prepare monthly reports and KPIs presentations for the Manager Production Planning and Head of Supply Chain

Your Profile

• Higher vocational training / Bachelor’s degree or similar (Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics)
• Several years of experience in planning/export/order processing
• Further training in export/import & transportation
• Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken
