A leading automobile dealer in Qatar is seeking a Work Shop Supervisor experienced in managing workshop operations for American and Ford cars. Work Shop Supervisor (Ford or American Cars)

Our Client is Qatar’s authorized dealer for Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge Sales and Service.
Peugeot, Ford, Lincoln Sales and Service.
have below requirement for automobiles, dealership experience. (Work Shop Supervisor (Ford or American Cars))
Workshop Supervisor AMC
Role
1. Ensure full utilization of workshop’s labor & resources to achieve planned operational targets.
2. Ensure approvals are in place for pre-order works & also incase of additional work.
3. Observe warranty process conditions & supervise correct tagging & storage of warranty parts.
4. Daily management of workshop staff, Team Leaders & Technical Advisors.
5. Oversee maintenance of workshop tools, equipment, fixings & PPE.
6. Prepare quotes / final costs for repair works & report discrepancies to workshop manager.
7. Oversee diagnostic procedures, methods & ensure Quality Standards are met before vehicle delivery.
8. Ensure a well maintained workshop for all through timely maintenance & house-keeping.

Specs
· Automobile Engineering Graduate.
· Must hold Training Certificates – Dealer Standards.
· Minimum 5 years Supervisory work experience in an Automobile dealer aftersales.
· Sound knowledge of workshop SOPs, inter-department coordination & customer management responsibilities.
· Effective men & workshop management, proactive, multi-tasking, morale building & interpersonal skills.
· Able to deliver results within time bound targets.
· Good MS Office & Computer skills.
· Knowledge of automotive relevant software is a must. “Kerridge” users will get priority.
· Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic is plus
