Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; technical school diploma/certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Carpenter or similar role.
• Proficient knowledge of woodworking tools (saws, drills, sanders).
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong math skills for accurate measurements.
• Good physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and standing long periods.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to determine project requirements.
• Measure and cut materials according to specifications.
• Assemble and install structures such as walls, floors, roofs, cabinets, etc.
• Repair or replace damaged or defective parts.
• Use hand and power tools to shape, smooth, and finish surfaces.
• Ensure all work is done accurately and efficiently within timelines.
