• Confident in ECA and associated testing.
• Comprehensive knowledge in welding, material, corrosion, and NDE.

Responsibilities

• Provide welding engineering and metallurgy expertise across different projects.
• Implement NOC Technical Referential and applicable codes.
• Assist projects with execution of FEED, detailed engineering, and offshore installation works.
• Interface with Engineering and Construction Department for derogation management.

Responsibilities

• To provide welding engineering, metallurgy and non-destructive testing expertise across the different Projects managed by the Major Project Division
• To implement the NOC Technical Referential and applicable local and international codes
• To assist Projects in the execution of the FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, transportation and offshore installation works.
• To interface with Engineering and Construction Department in particular with the Technical Reference Person (TRP) for the management of Derogation impacting NOC Technical Referential.

Profile

• Master's degree in welding - ESSA / IWE / EWE certifications also required
• 15years in a similar position
• 10 years of experience associated with topsides fabrication and subsea pipelines laying, including automatic welding process.
• Confident in ECA and associated testing.
• Comprehensive knowledge in welding, material, corrosion (inc SSCC) and NDE.
