Job summary

SummitLab in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. The Welder will fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment using MIG, TIG, and arc welding while carefully reading blueprints and maintaining safety standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of welding experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with various welding techniques to meet project specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG and arc welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to welding.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine project specifications.
• Set up welding equipment based on project requirements.
• Perform MIG, TIG and arc welding as required.
• Ensure all welding is performed in accordance with safety standards and procedures.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and make repairs as needed.
• Operate hand and power tools to cut, shape and finish metal pieces.
