What you will be doing
  • Provide friendly, efficient, and professional front office service, including warm welcomes, check-ins, and check-outs.
  • Anticipate guest needs, handle cash transactions, and maintain Pullman service standards.
  • Monitor room status, manage guest complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and follow VIP protocols.
  • Adhere to local government requirements and Pullman guidelines for guest management.
Qualifications
  • Thriving in fast-paced environments and love creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Previous experience in hospitality is a strong advantage.
  • Tech-savvy with Opera or similar systems.
  • Guest-oriented, approachable, and genuinely service-minded.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a great asset.
